Sutton Lodge is a mixed stock and arable farm with some 600 acres.
Amongst those animals you will see grazing is a suckler herd of South
Devon cows, a couple of pedigree bulls, and a flock of Berrichon du
Cher sheep.
The farm is located in the heart of the peaceful Northamptonshire
countryside and yet close enough to a number of great places of interest.
The village of Sutton Bassett itself, for instance, is central to
many tourist attractions like Rutland Water, Rockingham Speedway,
Rockingham Castle, Boughton Castle, and Foxton Locks, while a host
of leisure activities such as - trout fishing, golf, walking, sailing,
windsurfing, and bird watching are also on hand. |
