Sutton Lodge B&B

Imagine staying in a family-run bed and breakfast on a working farm set in the midst of the rolling hills of Northamptonshire's Welland Valley with animals tranquilly grazing outside. A newly converted Victorian barn within the farm complex offers three comfortable ensuite rooms at ground floor level with their own private entrance and plenty of secure parking.

Situated at the end of an avenue of lime trees, Sutton Lodge is only a 10 minute walk away from the picturesque village of Sutton Bassett with its traditional pub. In fact its location - bordering the counties of Rutland, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire - will appeal to business people and tourists alike.

The towns of Leicester, Northampton, Market Harborough and Kettering are all within easy reach while London is only an hour away by Inter City train.

Office Complex

We presently have one office available. The Victorian barns have been sympathetically converted to provide light and airy office space. All offices have ensuite toilet and kitchen facilities, with their own private access and allotted parking spaces immediately outside the office door with additional parking available for meetings and customers. All offices have broadband and security and there is a daily postal service in the morning and a collection at 5pm in the evening from the yard. Access to the yard is via a tarmac drive from the main road - B664 Harborough to Uppingham road.
